CLINICS
Whether you enjoy fastpitch softball on a recreational basis or at a competitive level, our sophisticated training programs are designed for everyone.
We offer instruction in hitting, slapping, infield, and outfield play. Most of our training programs are held outdoors at locations across the South Bay.
We also work with softball organizations throughout northern California and will gladly travel to your facility.
HIGH
PERFORMANCE
Our intensive yet enjoyable approach to instruction is focused in a unique direction. Our development programs focus on improving your speed and performance.
When your quickness, positioning, bat speed, and reaction times are enhanced, you will perform at a high level.
DEFENSIVE
CLINIC
In this 2- to 3-hour clinic, coaches will lead a high-paced defensive clinic open to all skill levels. Defensive clinics focus on footwork, throwing, transfers, and reps.

HITTING
CLINIC
In this two-hour clinic, our coaches will review proper hitting techniques. We utilize modern technology and video analysis to evaluate baseline metrics. We then employ a wide range of hitting, slapping, and agility drills to improve your performance.

SLAPPING
CLINIC
In this 90-minute clinic, coaches will provide an overview of the fundamentals of slapping and will also cover advanced skills. Sessions are focused on footwork, speed, reading your defense, and bat control. Coaches will review several types of slaps for soft contact and power.

BEGINNER PITCHING CLINIC
This 60-minute session is recommended for pitchers with 0-2 years of experience who are still learning how to throw consistent strikes. Participants will learn the fundamentals of pitching and how to improve accuracy.
Pitchers must bring their own catcher.

INT/ADV
PITCHING CLINIC
This 90-minute session is recommended for pitchers with experience playing at least one year of travel ball or who have one year of pitching lessons. Participants will learn various types of pitches and how to maximize movement and speed.
Pitchers must bring their own catcher.
